Sierra L. (Dailey) Konate

Sierra L. (Dailey) Konate, 27, of Pittsburgh, PA, formerly of Kittanning, PA, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA after a courageous battle with Ewing's Sarcoma.

She was born on July 29, 1998 in Natrona Heights, PA; the daughter of Jeffrey and Tiffany (Franklin) Dailey.

Sierra graduated from West Shamokin High School in 2016 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Carlow College in 2022. She was proud to work as a Senior Surgical Neurophysiologist with Procirca CCN in Pittsburgh.

Hardworking and quick-witted, Sierra was a natural leader whose confidence could captivate a room-even when she didn't realize it. She had a deep love of animals and a passion for fitness, and enjoyed working out at the gym. On September 26, 2020, Sierra married the love of her life, Lassana Konate. She will be remembered with love as she celebrates her eternal life in Heaven.

Her memory will be cherished by her adoring husband, Lassana; her loving parents, Jeff and Tiffany Dailey of Kittanning; sister, Sydney Williams, husband Judah of Monroeville, PA; grandmothers, Cheryl L. Franklin and Karen Dailey both of Franklin, PA; mother and father-in-law, Jennifer and Jeffrey Kollar of Sharon, PA; and her best friend, Allison Eismont.

Sierra was preceded in death by her grandfathers, John H. Franklin and Dennis W. Dailey.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025 from 6-8 PM and on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Bauer Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 515 N. McKean St., Kittanning, PA.

A celebration of Sierra's life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025 at 6 PM at Harvest Community Church, 143 Reed Rd., Kittanning, PA 16201.

Interment will be held privately at Kittanning Cemetery, Kittanning, PA.
