Gladys N. Bump

Gladys N. Bump, 73, of Clarion, PA, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Clarion Nursing and Rehab.

She was born on July 7, 1952 in East Brady, PA, the daughter of Billy K. and Gladys N. (Allen) Simpson.

Gladys enjoyed working in her flower gardens, mowing, reading, word searches and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She is survived by her daughter, April Sue Fabiszewski and finance Jason Wichman of; four grandchildren; Shane McClafferty, Kayla McClafferty, Chase Fabiszewski and James Fabiszewski and a brother, Jeffrey Simpson and wife, Cindy.

Gladys was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Franklyn Jack Bump, who passed away on May 26, 2007; brothers, Ronald Simpson and Bill K. Simpson Jr., sister, Karen LaVan; and an infant brother, David Simpson.

Funeral services for Gladys will be privately held.
