Mindi Donne (Kilgore) Fennell

Mindi Donne (Kilgore) Fennell, 45, of Kittanning, PA, passed away unexpectedly due to a medical condition on Monday, Aug. 11, 2025.

She was born Oct. 16, 1979 in Kittanning, PA, the youngest daughter of Debbie S. (Schrecengost) and Donald D. Kilgore, Jr.

Mindi was a lifelong resident of the Kittanning area. She graduated from Kittanning High School in 1998 and continued her education at Butler Community College and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She was employed in the Cardio Department at ACMH and had previously worked in the Physical Therapy Department. Mindi enjoyed playing volleyball, visiting the casino with Doug, and relaxing with her favorite TV shows, Friends and Big Brother. She took great pride in supporting Chase and Emma at their sporting events and never missed a game. Family was at the heart of her life she loved being with her family, especially her niece, Haleigh and nephew, Noah. Mindi especially looked forward to the holidays and was enjoying helping Emma plan her upcoming wedding in 2026.

Her memory will be cherished by her loving daughter, Emma Leigh Kilgore and fiancé, Anthony Tambellini of Wexford; son, Chase James Fennell of Kittanning; devoted parents Don and Debbie Kilgore of Kittanning; fiancé of 7 years, Doug Flanders of Kittanning; sister, Jodi Leigh Cyphert and husband, Sean of Kittanning; nephew, Noah Thomas Cyphert; niece, Haleigh Donne Cyphert; and many adoring aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

Mindi was preceded in death by her grandparents, Everett "Bud" and Betty Schrecengost and Donald and Margie Kilgore, Sr.

Friends and family will be received from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 PM on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025 at the Vision Hill Worship Center, 13374 US Route 422 Kittanning, PA 16201.

Additional visitation will be from 10 AM until the time of memorial services at 11 AM on Friday, Aug. 15, 2025 at the Vision Hill Worship Center with Pastor Brittany Alfredo officiating.
