Clarence A. Reddinger
Clarence A. "Allan" Reddinger of Punxsutawney, PA passed away Friday, June 20, 2025 at Penn Highlands DuBois.He was born on March 19, 1941 in Timblin, Jefferson County, PA, to Harry and Caroline (Mitchell) Reddinger.
Allan was a lifelong resident of Jefferson County. In his early years, he was employed by Doverspike Coal and Construction. He later worked as a self-employed carpenter, dedicating over 40 years to his trade before retiring in 2002. Allan had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoyed spending his time fishing, hunting, and gardening. For 25 years, he also took pride in growing Christmas trees, proudly growing more than 18,000 trees during that time.
His memory will be cherished by his sons, Terry A. Reddinger and wife, Gail of Punxsutawney, Daniel P. Reddinger and wife, Rebecca of Butler; his daughter, Lucinda Harvey and husband, Jamey of Punxsutawney; grandchildren, Jessica Copare and husband Nick, Terry Reddinger II, Stephanie Hook and husband Steve, D.J. Reddinger, Shaina Reddinger, and Jacob Harvey and wife Larissa; sister, Ruth States of Ohio; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Nancy Elaine (Kunselman) Reddinger, who passed away on Apr. 3, 2021; a son, Christoper J. Reddinger; granddaughter, Erica Lynn Reddinger; and his brothers, Wayne Reddinger and Eugene Reddinger.
Services will be private.
Interment will be in the Barton Chapel Cemetery, Punxsutawney, Pa.
