Ervin L. Faber

Ervin L. Faber, 73, of Indiana, PA, passed away Friday, July 26, 2024, at Indiana Regional Medical Center.

He was born July 13, 1951 in Armstrong Co., PA, the son of Frank J. and Helen M. (Yount) Faber.

Ervin was a resident of the Indiana area since 2002 and worked in the construction industry. He could fix anything and working on cars was his favorite pastime. Ervin enjoyed spending time with his friends, especially having breakfast at McDonalds.

His memory will be cherished by his son, Christopher Meyer, of Wyoming; daughter, Tina Baker and husband, Thomas Jr., of Clyde; and grandchildren, Shiann Meyer, Brianna Meyer, Brody Meyer, Justin LaRock and wife, Kelsey, Timothy Baker, and Hanna Baker; great-grandchildren, Brentley Suppes and Kane Muecke; brothers, Garry Faber of Commodore, Dennis Faber and wife, Iola, of Reynoldsville, and Roger Faber of Kittanning; and a sister, Brenda Wolfe of Kittanning.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Gloria Faber, who passed away August 20, 2004; brothers, Daniel, Harold, Richard, Paul, and Randy Faber; and a sister, Vera Visnovsky.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at Clark Chapel of the Bauer Funeral Home, 238 S. Main Street, Elderton.

Additional visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of funeral services at 11 AM at the funeral home on Thursday, August 1, 2024.

Burial will be in Mt. Union Lutheran Cemetery, Shelocta, Pennsylvania.
