Sarah M. Graham

Sarah Marion (Harkleroad) Graham, 91, of Cherry Run, PA., passed away on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022 at her home.

Sarah was born Feb. 11, 1931 in Shelocta, PA, the daughter of Amos and Anna Mary (Reefer) Harkleroad.

Sarah was a 1949 graduate of Indiana High School. She was a member of the Whitesburg United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School. The church was the center of Sarah's life and she enjoyed making soup and apple butter for their fundraisers.

Her memory will be cherished by her son, Tommy L. Graham of Cherry Run; daughter, K. Diann O'Masta and husband, Greg of Rural Valley; grandchildren, Mandy K. O'Masta, David (Lexi) O'Masta, John O'Masta, Keri (Troy) Cameron, Leslie (Michael) Meyer, and Stephanie (Ray) Hayes; and great-grandchildren, Marcus, Heaven, Bentley, Dalyla, Alea, Colby, Brooklyn, Laikyn, Lucy, and J.R. Sarah is also survived by her brother, Leo Harkleroad and wife, Helen of Indiana; and sisters, Anna Bragg and husband, Jim of WV, and Della Hankinson and husband, Bud of Kittanning.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas P. Graham, whom she married on Sept. 1, 1949 and who passed away on Dec. 24, 1993; and her daughter, Sandra P. "Sandy" Yount, and her husband, Allen R. "Bud" Yount, who both passed away on Oct. 24, 2021.

Family and friends will be received on 10 AM until the time of services at 12 PM on Monday, Sept. 26, 2022 at the Whitesburg United Methodist Church, 12127 US Route 422, Kittanning, PA with Pastor Jenny Gordon officiating.

Interment will be in the Whitesburg Presbyterian Cemetery, Kittanning, PA.
