William L. Reesman

William L. Reesman, 76, of Ford City, PA, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at ACMH Hospital.

He was born August 26, 1940 in Kittanning, the son of W. Lester and Rosanna (Webster) Reesman.

William lived in the Ford City area since 1972 and was a former manager of several cinemas. Following his work at the cinemas, he went on to work for the Armstrong School District. William was a member of Manorville United Methodist Church and enjoyed singing in the Heritage Choir and the Presbyterian Choir. In his free time, he loved watching western movies. He will best be remembered for his beautiful singing voice.

He will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Judie (Geidel) Reesman; daughter, Carol L. Snyder and husband, Stephen, of Washington state; son, Randall M. Reesman and wife, Irene, of Ford City; grandchildren, Robert Conklin and wife, Alicia, Brianna Huth and husband, Chris, Paige Reesman and Logan Reesman; great-granddaughter, Evelyn Conklin; another great-grandchild expected in August; and sister, Barbara Rosborough and husband, Rodney, of North Dakota.

William was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Bauer Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 515 N. McKean St., Kittanning, PA.

Additional visitation will be from 10 AM until the time of funeral services at 11 AM on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the funeral home, with Pastor Sara Wrona officiating.
