Mildred ''Millie'' Troutman

Mildred "Millie" Lucille Troutman, 86, of Rimersburg, PA passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016.

She was born on February 3, 1930 in Madison Twp., Clarion Co., PA, the daughter of James Alcanna and Minnie I. (Walters) Rankin.

Millie lived in the area all her life and attended Wildcat Wesleyan Methodist Church. Her caring spirit was evidenced by her devotion to the elderly as she worked as a caregiver in their homes. When she wanted to relax, she would sit and rock in her rocking chair for long periods of time, just enjoying the environment around her. Years ago she loved to crochet and was an active member at the Rimersburg Senior Center.

She will be deeply missed by her sons, Leo Troutman and wife, Katherine, of Penrose, CO and Raymond Troutman, of Kittanning; two grandchildren; Stephen and Rachel Troutman; brother, Roy Rankin, of Clarion; and sister, Jane Mills of Punxsutawney.

Millie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harvey T. Troutman; granddaughter, Mary Troutman; brothers, James, Daniel, Eugene, Chester, Romayne and Marshall Rankin; and sisters, Kathleen Centorcelli, Fredella Moore and Donna Swartz.

Relatives and friends will be received from 11 AM until the time of funeral services at 1 PM on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at the Bauer-Hillis Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 758 Main Street, Rimersburg, PA, with Rev. Mark Deeter officiating.

Burial will follow at Rimersburg Cemetery, Rimersburg, PA.
